How to get land
Step One:
Fill in an application form
Purchase, fill and submit Application form.
Step Two:
Make Payment
Make land payment in favour of Pelican-valley Nigeria limited access bank account.
Step Three:
Collect Receipt
Tender your proof of payment to collect our official receipt for future reference.
Step Four:
Deed of Assignment and Original surveys
Pay legal and survey fee so as to collect your Deed of assignment and Original surveys with registered copy.
Step Five:
Collection of letter of allocation
After completing all the above steps, Letter of Allocation is awarded.
