Pelican-Valley Nigeria Limited is set to commission the second phase of its Pelican Ecostay Apartments on October 18, 2026, in an event that will also feature the official handover of keys to new property owners.
The commissioning marks another milestone in the development of the company’s eco-friendly residential community at Pelican Brief Estate, located along the Masa-Kobape-Abeokuta corridor of Ogun State.
