Former governor of Ogun state, Chief Olusegun Osoba has described the Ecostay apartments and Greenish Acres Farm Estate of Pelican Valley Limited as project that will further enhance the socio-economic status of Kobape community, create income and employment for many as well as complement government’s efforts at addressing food security and housing needs of Nigerians.
