Former Ogun State Governor, Olusegun Osoba, and traditional rulers, including Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseye Mulero of Ibese, have hailed a real estate firm, Pelican Valley Nigeria Ltd, for its initiative to transform the agrarian Massa community in Kobape axis of the state.
